Privacy Policy

Last updated November 5, 2026. This page explains what data Dope District (a game by VAJGRT LABS) collects, why, and what you can do about it. Plain version: we collect what we need to run your account and the game, we never sell personal data, and we run no advertising trackers.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password, handled through the Vajgrt Labs account system, plus sign-in and session records needed to keep you logged in and your account secure.
• Game data: your characters, crews, gangs, businesses, deeded plots, virtual currency balances, purchases made inside the game, story progress, and similar gameplay records. This data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database.
• Purchase records: when you buy Cipher, Stripe processes your payment. We receive and keep a record of the purchase (pack, amount, time, and a payment reference) — we never see or store your card number.
• Technical data: server logs and IP addresses, used for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting. If you turn on game notifications, we store your browser's push subscription so we can send them; you can turn notifications off at any time in your browser.
• Analytics: this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which collects anonymous, aggregated pageview statistics — pages visited, referrer, country, and browser/device type. It does not use cookies, does not identify individual visitors, and does not track you across other sites.

How we use it

• To run your account and the game: saving your progress, enforcing the rules, and delivering what you buy.
• To keep the game secure and fair: preventing cheating, fraud, and abuse.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the game is used so we can improve it.
• To contact you about your account when necessary (for example, password resets and receipts).

Who else is involved

• Cloudflare hosts the game, its database, and the analytics described above.
• Stripe processes real-money payments.
• An email delivery provider sends account mail such as password resets.
• We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers. We may disclose data if required by law.

Retention

Account and game data are kept while your account exists — game worlds never reset, and merged worlds keep their records. Database backups are taken daily and rotated: recent daily backups are kept for about two weeks, with monthly and pre-update snapshots kept longer. If you ask us to delete your account, we will remove its personal data except where records must be retained (for example, purchase records for accounting, or backups until they rotate out).

Your choices

• Contact support to see, correct, or delete the personal data tied to your account.
• Turn off notifications in your browser at any time.
• Stop playing at any time; your data stays as described under Retention unless you ask for deletion.

Children

Dope District is a work of fiction about a criminal underworld, intended for an adult audience. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
